High Tea: Japanese style

The Oyster Box Hotel - the grand old dame of Umhlanga did it again. Just when you think you have seen it all, they pull something completely different out of the box. I had the privilege of celebrating my birthday at the special Japanese high tea they hosted on "youth day'',  June 16. Tables were laid with the usual regal fine china, however chopsticks replaced cake forks and Soy sauce substituted the normal jam and cream.
